An applied management project proposal is usually presented by students who are doing an undergraduate or graduate course on applied management, where they apply the various principles of business management to understand a particular work-based issue or to get approval for a project which will be beneficial to an organisation. Thus, applied management deals with the application of management techniques in order to make a project successful. The proposal must include a time frame, budget and methodology to show clearly how one plans to complete the project.
