A computer training proposal is a document which gives the details of conducting a computer training programme for the employees of an organization, students in an educational institute and teachers who will be teaching those students eventually. Computers have become an integral part of any company and school and almost all our work is done on computers nowadays, Hence, it is very important for students and employees to be proficient in computer usage, at least in the basics, so that they can perform the required functions and carry on the fundamental responsibilities.
