A concert event proposal is written by any event organising committee who are planning to organize a concert. The sole intent of such a proposal is to find sponsors for the respective event. So the layout of the proposal is very important as it is the only way the organisers can draw the attention of the prospective sponsors.

Sample Concert Event Proposal

Name of the event: Modern Classical Music Concert 2011

Date of the event: 9th August 2011

Event Organizers: American Mod-Classo Singing Association and PR Event Management Ltd.

Purpose: The year’s biggest Modern Classical Concert to promote the confluence of the old and the new melodies of life.

Event Planning Details:

  • The concert is to be held at the State of Art Forum Auditorium.
  • The auditorium can accommodate around one thousand odd number of people.
  • The duration of the program will be around three hours.
  • Risk and security management will be taken special care off as it will be attended by distinguished guest from every part of the globe.

Estimated Budget for the Event: $ 500000

Media Partners: The publicity of the event would be chiefly handled by the television channels and radio stations. Live show will be telecasted at various television channels.

Event publicity will start from: 16th July 2011.

Last date of collecting sponsorship for the event: 15th July 2011

Passes for the event could be collected from: 20th July 2011.

Sponsors interested should reach the organisers as early as possible as sponsorship will solely depend on first-come-first-serve basis.
