A construction technical proposal is a plan or proposition which is used to identify, prepare, design and create a construction project. Every construction project has various aspects that need to be taken into account to complete it and make it successful. Some companies take up the responsibility of handling the technical part of the construction process for which they give a proposal on how they plan to do it, the various methods and methodology, resources needed, costs, deadlines and so on. The proposal which makes the best plan and most cost-effective one is selected the company and is given the green signal to go ahead with the rest of the construction of the project.
