A contact training proposal usually refers to a physical training programme which people interested in self-defence can take. There are both limited contact training programmes and full contact programmers where the former deals with less contact and force applied during training, and the latter applies more pressure and power to give an idea of the whole experience. There are various safety procedures which must be mentioned in the proposal, the reason for training and how it will be beneficial to the person. Many companies offer contact training to their employees while others may go for it personally in self-defence training classes or in training camps.
