A crime research proposal is a proposition to study the cause and effects of a particular crime or criminal activity in general, which helps one to know more about the criminal, why he chooses to indulge in such activities, the effects of such crimes on society in general, how it effects victims and how they deal with it and so on. A crime research proposal is usually submitted by students of criminology where they study the profile of criminals and the crime. The research provides one with new insight into the psyche of the criminal and helps one to form strategies on how to tackle such cases and solve them.
