An environmental law proposal is a proposition presented by the local, state or federal representatives of the citizens of a nation who propose a bill regarding any matter of the environment and its conservation. A Bill a document which is proposed the political representatives and which becomes a law after it has been passed by the Parliament or Senate. The environmental law proposal usually describes how a particular activity may be harmful for the environment or presents a preventive proposal which will help maintain the eco-system before any harmful activities take place. The proposal must contain a plan and explain how the authorities will go about conserving the place and in what way it will be beneficial for the earth.

  • The factories which have been dumping their waste into the water for many years are harming the flora and fauna and they will be regulated and inspected

  • These factories must either make their waste toxic-free before disposing them or use any alternative method of waste disposal
