A HR or human resources training proposal is a document which suggests the need of training the employees working in the HR department of an office. An effective HR division is essential for the success of a company because they are responsible for not only recruiting and retaining new and good employees but also help the upper management in taking decisions on strategic planning or to make any changes in the structure of the organisation.
