Subject: Interview Proposal Letter

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that I hope to be selected for an interview in which I can present my credentials and proposal of joining your esteemed company before you. I am writing this letter in response to your advertisement in The Times on the issue of 4th June 2011. I hope to be considered as a suitable candidate for the post of assistant junior manager, production. I am capable and a diligent worker and I can guarantee my sincerity as well as dedication. I am an eager learner and can take any challenges that are thrown at me. I revel in hard working conditions and thus I hope that I can pull off this job well.

I have completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals and thus my academic background makes me suitable for this post. I hope to convince you of my ability and suitability for this post if you would be kind enough to grant me an interview. I am hoping to hear from you soon,

Yours Sincerely,

Maddox Red
