Subject: Investor Proposal Letter:

Respected Sir,

This letter is to inform you of my interest in investing in your company, not only through the buying of stocks, but also through participating in its day to day activities. I believe that my impeccable reputation as a lawyer of good standing will enable me to make a significant contribution to your law firm. My assistance as a consultant on tricky cases will be beneficial to you, whereas a percentage of the profit that your hugely successful enterprise generates, will be sufficient remuneration.

The investment will be mutually beneficial to both of us. My assistance is sought after by most corporation. The partnership, though an unequal one, will be creatively satisfactory to me. I am extremely eager to be a part of your company as the most challenging legal conundrums are referred to your company. I hope that these cases will be challenging and complex and will whet my appetite for challenges.

I hope to hear a response from you soon. Thanking you,

Simon Roberts
