A law proposal is a proposition presented by the local, state or federal representatives of the citizens of a country whereby they want some activity to become legal in the eyes of the judiciary. Every democratic country has the right to propose a law which is called a Bill until it is passed or accepted by the Parliament or Senate, depending on the governing authority of the country. The law proposal must mention the purpose and need for the law and how it will be beneficial to society in general. It must be created after a lot of research and the proposal must include valid points and statistics to make one’s argument stronger. The proposal must also state whether you want the law to be applicable at the state or national level.
