A lease proposal is a document which makes a proposition about leasing or renting out a property, car or any other item and mentioning all the terms and conditions in the proposal. Lease proposals are not final documents but give the tenant an idea of what to expect from the lease agreement which will be created based on the proposal. The landlord also knows what ground rules to lay down and can set the rent and other details in the proposal. If both parties agree to the terms, the proposal is accepted and the deal is carried through. The content of the lease document depends on what has been leased.
