A management training proposal is a proposition where one makes s suggestion to improve the soft and hard skills of the management level employees of the organisation. The management is a very important part of the organisation and everything they do and the decisions they take have a direct effect on the rest of the employees. They are supposed to lead by example and because of that they need to have good communication skills, leadership and decision-making skills which will inspire the other members of the organisation. The management training proposal must describe why the training will be beneficial to the company, what should be the duration of the programme and other necessary details.
