Proposal objective:

The company needs better performance evaluation techniques and methods in order to decide appraisals and layoffs.  For this, we need to strategies and develop better ways to evaluate the monthly performance of each employee.

Performance evaluation statement:

To evaluate the performance of employees, we need to ask each to fill out questionnaires and record their hours of work, results produced and efforts made. This can be done by taking in reviews from team leaders and department heads.

  • Each department head must submit a written review of each of the employees in his/her department at the end of the month.
