A proposal acceptance letter is a document which intimates the recipient about the acceptance of a proposal sent by him to the sender of the letter. The sender and the recipients can be individuals or they can be companies, institutions, organizations and so on. The proposal acceptance letter must state the nature of the proposal being accepted and the reasons for the acceptance. If there are further details to be added, these too must be included in the proposal acceptance letter.
