A restaurant lease proposal is a document which lays down plan and terms for the lease of a restaurant. Like any another lease proposal, the restaurant is a property and the lease proposal must give important information about the size, area, rent of leasing the restaurant and other conditions to be followed by the lessee. Once the proposal is read and approved by the lessee and lessor or owner of the restaurant, a lease agreement is prepared, incorporating the terms in the lease proposal. The lease proposal is not a final agreement but gives an idea to both the parties on what to expect from the agreement.
