A romantic love proposal is used to let the other person know that you have love interests in him or her and that you wish to make that known. Such a proposal is a signal that the person who has given this proposal is using it as a tool to bring out the passionate thoughts and ideas that he or she harbors for the other. Thus this proposal should be prepared keeping in mind that it needs to evoke the same feelings from the other person. It should be articulate enough to evoke strong, passionate and lovely sentiments from both the persons wishing to be in a relationship.

Genuine romance, though it is said, is hard to express in words, but a romantic love proposal aims to do just that. It should convey the fact that the proposer wants to be romantically involved with the person to whom the proposal is directed and it should also be able to generate the same from this person. The art of writing romantic love proposals is thus both tricky & enriching.

Dear Natalie,

I miss you, I want to be with you and I want to gently touch your face and cup your cheek in my and as I look into your stunning blue eyes. I want to hold and hug you and be close to you. I want to hold your hand across the table at a restaurant & I want others in the restaurant to be envious of our closeness and our affectionate noises for one another. In front of a fire I yearn to be sitting alongside you and gaze into your eyes. I want you to know how much madly in love I am with you and would like to propose you to be my partner for lifetime.

Yours truly,
