A technical and commercial proposal is a proposition presented by a company regarding a project or contract which has its plan for both technical and commercial aspects. The technical part of the proposal focuses on the execution plan, engineering and developments aspects, construction, inspection, testing aspects and so on. The commercial part of the proposal focuses on the cost of the project, the business impact, sales and marketing, the executive summary of the project, selection of vendors and contractors, payment terms and so on. Thus a technical and commercial proposal is a two-apart proposal which touches the two very important areas of a successful proposal.
