A training job proposal is a document created in response to requests and advertisements posted by companies who are looking for people interested in a training job, in other words, who will have to take responsibility of training employees of that company. While creating a training job proposal, one must do research on what exactly the company is looking for, what are its goals and then accordingly create a proposal showing how you plan to train the employees to reach those goals. You can also include your past experience as a trainer and showcase your talents required to be a good trainer in this field.
