A web design proposal letter is a document which is sent by a company proposing to create a website, or develop an existing one, for another company requiring those services.  It must be written clearly and the proposal must be put forward very aptly. This is the letter on the basis of which further communication will be established between the two concerns.

Subject: Web Design Proposal Letter

Respected Sir,

This letter is to inform you of our aspiration to be selected for the designing of you web portal. This letter was framed in response to your notification issued in The Times [dated 4th June 2011]. We are an established company specializing in creating and designing websites, graphic designing as well as handling public relations networking for large conglomerates. Our proposal is attached along with this document and we hope that it will be considered by your board of members.

The project, as we envision it, is that of creating an interactive website which will provide your patrons with the latest updates the company has to offer. Your products will be on sale on the website and this will require the creation of an interactive web portal. Security systems of your website will be handled by our trained professionals. You will have no cause for complaint and our services are offered at a reasonable price of $300000.

We hope to embark on a successful working relationship with you and will be waiting for your answer.

Thanking you,

Brian Larry
